In response to the Covid-19 lock-down, Dineplan wanted to help restaurants, cafes and all small businesses that are suffering. We are happy to say that we have developed a FREE TO USE voucher platform for any business that would like to sell vouchers during this time. This is a great way for loyal clients to show their support of their favourite restaurants and businesses, and for businesses to generate some much needed cash flow to support staff and survive through the shut down period.

The system is flexible, and it’s up to the business how they would like to structure their vouchers, or whether they would like to throw in a discount or something extra to help incentivise people to buy their vouchers.  

We will provide you with a button to easily add to your website, or include in emails, SMS’s or WhatsApps to allow you to easily let your database know that they have the option to purchase a voucher.

The basic steps of how Voucher Plan will work is as follows.

  • Add a “Buy a Voucher” button to your website.
  • This will then pop up with a list of payment items that a guest can select from.
  • Guest will be redirected to a payment portal where they can make EFT payment.
  • The restaurant will then be notified once payment for the voucher has been received.
